The thickness of the new sheet is 14mm, while the limit thickness of the replacement sheet is 7mm, of which the thickness of the iron liner is more than 3mm, and the thickness of the friction material is close to 4mm. Some vehicles are equipped with a Brake Shoe alarm function. Once the wear limit of the brake shoe is reached, the instrument will remind you to replace the brake shoe. Once the brake shoe reaches the limit of use, it must be replaced immediately. Even if it can still be used, it will affect driving safety.

2. When conditions permit, replace the spare Brake Pad provided by the original factory, so as to achieve the best braking effect between the Brake Pad and the brake disc, and minimize wear and tear.

3. After replacing the Brake Shoe, be sure to step on the brake several times to eliminate the gap between the Brake Shoe and the brake disc to prevent accidents.

4. After replacing the Brake Shoe, it needs to run in for 200 kilometers to achieve the best braking effect. New shoes should be driven with care.
